Money short term storeage
I am selling my home. No no mortgage so will have about 300000 case. I will need the cash about 3 weeks later to pay for new home. What do I do with the cash short term

I never like being above the $250,000 insured amount, but since it is for such a short time, open an account at a major bank like Chase. Have the money wired there. And just put it in a money market deposit account.
