I have been layed off my job. I receive unemployment 353 a week. I am a w2 person. I also have been a realtor for 35 years I probably will make about 20 thousand as a 1099 person. Can I still collect unemployment I don’t spend much time at real estate mostly listings. What can I do

No, don’t try applying for pUA because you are already receiving unemployment and will earn too much money to qualify for PUA. And youre getting the $600/week until the end of July — or longer if it is extended. Don’t push — You’re way ahead of many people who haven’t gotten ANY well-deserved benefits!
