Mortgage in foreclosure

Back in 2004 I filed bankruptcy . The attorney screwed up and did not reaffirm my mortgage account . I still have the condo as a rental property . Will the status of the mortgage be an issue when I go to sell ? Thank you !!

Have you been paying on the mortgage? I’m not an attorney, and I suggest you go to one to find out. But if you owned it, and it was not included in the bankruptcy proceeding, then it is likely still free and clear in your name, and the equity would be yours if you sold it. But there is the question of whether you did not declare a valuable asset in your filing — and for that you need an attorney to tell you where you stand.
