Mortgage payoff
My son is down to a five-figure mortgage and is thinking of just paying it off. What would you recommend? I’m sure you’ve talked about this before, but I could not find any reference to it. Thank you so much for your time!

What is the rate on your mortgage? How much of your liquid savings would a payoff take? Are you still working, and saving?
