Mortgage payoff or not
I have the ability to pay off about $90,000 principal on 15 year mortgage @2.85%..
I am 68 years old , enjoy still working
please advise on paying off mortgage vs. not .. thank you and enjoy listening to you on WGN

Keep the liquidity, invest in a Roth IRA if you have earned income, and one day you will be glad to have a mortgage with a rate so low.
