Terry Says:  Yes — if you served and were honorably discharged, you qualify for a fixed rate mortgage at 3.37 percent (assuming credit over 640).  You can use it to buy a new house, or to refinance an existing mortgage.  Read the article in the left column at my website — www.terrysavage.com.
