Mortgage scam

Dear Terry, its been 14 years that a loan officer working at US Bank scammed me with a friend of his. They promised that if took a home equity loan of 100k that they would clear my title and I would be free of my existing mortgage and the home equity loan. This loan was done in the home of the loan officer friend. They took my money and nothing was done. At the time I was afraid to speak out because they already had all my information and knew my whole life. I have been paying interest only for the last 14 years. Recently this September of 2024 the withdrawal period ended and now my loan has double from $1600 to $3100. I want to know if I can still report this loan officer and if the bank would listen to me. This all happened to me when I was getting a divorce after 30 years of living with a abusive husband. In my divorce I only got the house no alimony. I since have retired and live on $1089 social security I also clean houses getting paid cash its the only way to supplement my income. Can you give me any advice of any
