most efficient charity organizations
What do you feel are the most efficient charitable institutions for 1) general, for 2) health problems in disadvantaged areas in and out of the USA, and 3) Middle East either Israeli poor or dispossessed from region in general? Thank you.

While that type of research is beyond my capabilities, you are fortunate that there is an entire website devoted to ranking the various public charities, not only in the United States. It is Guidestar.org and I’m sure they can answer your question in detail!
