My 97yr old mother”s taxes on Pennsylvania.
I pay her taxes. What does she need to do to not pay taxes. She has SS and a very small check from my deceased stepfather’s job as income. Her house is in reverse mortgage and I travel back and forth from Illinois to Pennsylvania to make sure she is taken care of . Thank you for any advise you can give.
