My credit union will not let me pay off my home equity loan
I have been dissatisfied with the service at my credit union for the last several years. I decided to pay off my home equity loan there by refinancing it at a different credit union which is local. They have ignored my new credit union’s request for a payoff statement. This has been going on for 3 months. My new credit union has ben pushing them without results. What can I do to get them to comply?
