My ex’s stimulus payment in my account?
My ex husband used my bank acct to deposit his stimulus. Is this ok?

Only if you give him the check! (He must trust you!) As long as he didn’t sign your name to his tax return and file jointly, it doesn’t matter where he has it deposited. But if his name isn’t on YOUR account, the bank may “bounce” the deposit, which means he would receive it in the mail.
