My spouse received 19,000 when he turned 59 from his retirement plan and didn’t tell me anything about it until I found out through some mail what right do I have being his spouse that helped him everyday cooking cleaning now the mobile home is getting to be in a bad shape he refuses to get it fixed he had torn up my freezer an refuse to buy or pay me what should I do please help

Actually you have NO right to his 40l(k) retirement account. My best advice is to seek a divorce attorney immediately. If he is still working, a court will order support. If you have been married at least 10 years before the divorce is final, you are entitled to half his Social Security — even if you aren’t still married. (It doesn’t impact his benefit, though)
