No way to get through to them. Did you get this message from the IRS website? If so, you can ignore it because it is all messed up. If you filed a tax return in 2018 or 2019, your payment will come — likely by paper check to the address on the return (assuming you qualified based on income). They are still getting those checks out, so be patient.
