I am not happy with my financial advisor how can I move to a new advisor with out paying any fees. My advisor is not retuning my calls.

Is it a broker or a financial advisor? Is it an IRA account or a regular brokerage account?
If he/she is not returning your calls, contact his boss — likely the branch manager — and demand a meeting. Review your account history and ask if the manager thinks these are “suitable” investments.
In the meantime, use www.Wealthramp.com to connect with a FIDUCIARY Fee-ONLY, financial advisor. Then you can transfer the money to that firm. But don’t just jump blindly to “any” person who says he/she is an advisor. You need one of the carefully vetted FIDUCIARIES that you will be matched with on this site.
