I couldn’t keep my chase account. How can I receive my stimulus this time ?

You will file a 2020 return in a couple of weeks. On that return there will be a line for a REFUNDABLE STIMULUS CREDIT. You will enter $600 in that line. But you will have to wait for a check in the mail. But if you get other govt benefits on a card — such as SSDI or SSI, you could get it that way.
