suncitiesfinancialgroup.com has a weekly ad in the Chicago Tribune. Current ad is for 3.65% yield for a 6 month term FDIC insured. I know it’s not a bank…I read the fine print. Is this an example of a CD broker? With full recognition of the conditions, is it legit? Any reason to view it as a scam? Too good to be true? I can send jpg of ad if need be. Thanks so much.

Without seeing the ad, “it is too good to be true.” Avoid this one!
