Online Banks with high CD rates

Hello Terry,
Love seeing you on WGN! Quick question, I have about $100k that I want to put into a CD for about a year and see many options for “online banks” with good rates. (SallieMae, BMO-Alto, etc) Are they reputable and safe? Any concerns or questions I should ask? Thanks so much!
