Online password
I write down my last password I used in order to gather my social security information about my account. Eight to ten months later I attempt to go into my account, ( of course on a Sunday evening) and for God only knows what reason my password no longer works, WHY?

You probably wrote it down wrong! Go back and try to sign in. When you use the wrong password, it will give you a box saying “forgot your password?” Then if you click on that it will send you a link to reset your password.
