Opting out
In the 70s I opted out of Social Security for religious reasons I had less than 40 quarters before I did that. I recently received a letter from SS inviting me to apply for SS. What should I do?

Apply! Take the money! You contributed it! I don’t know of any religion that says you should deny benefits that you legitimately earned!
