Parent did not receive $600 stimulus
My mother did not file 2019 taxes because of her minimal income. She did not receive her $600 stimulus check, so she will have to file 2020 taxes to receive it. She does not have an AGI for 2019, and filefree website requires that. What should I do?

Go to an HR Block or other tax office. Or contact TurboTax.com for free file help. They participate in this program. I have never seen any requirement that she have previously filed in order to participate for the current year.
She needs to file her 2020 return, file electronically, and put in her direct deposit info to get her stimulus payments. If you do not declare her as a dependent on YOUR 2020 return, then she can file for BOTH the original $1200 and the current $600. Read this article.
