Payment on my mother’s card?
If my moms name is on my direct express card as my payee will i still receive a stimulus check on the card

I’m assuming you’re referring to SSI income — and the IRS hasn’t decided how it will distribute stimulus funds to SSI recipients.
BUT, if you are 17 or older and NOT a dependent on a parent’s tax return, you should register for your own stimulus check. Follow this link to the special registration page for those not required to file a tax return:
