Power of attorney
Does power of attorney cover T-bills and CDs? I know my bank has power of attorney instructions, but what about TV bills and CDs?

Why would you give a bank a power of attorney?? That doesn’t make sense. And, it depends on the power you signed over. This concerns me.
Please watch this video and come up with a better estate plan — a will or revocable living trust. Or else some stranger will be making decisions about your future!
