Premium money market

I honestly don’t know what you mean by a “premium” money market. But if you have an IRA, at a place like Fidelity or Vanguard or Schwab, surely they offer a money market mutual fund that invests only in government securities. That’s what I would look for if you’re seeking safety and no risk.
The real mistake would be to take money OUT of your IRA — and I say this in case someone is trying to “sell” you some other investment.
