Profit Sharing
My work does not tell me what my profit sharing is invested in. Why don’t they tell me and are they suppose to?

This is not like a 40l(k) plan where you control the investments. In a 40l(k) plan, it’s YOUR money, deducted from your paycheck.
In a profit-sharing plan, it’s the employer who contributes and the employer who decides on the investments.
