PUA and unemployment
I receive SS but also I am still working as an independent contractor. I applied for the PUA and have been getting my weekly benefits unless I received a commission check that week. However, if I am also receiving SS, does that mean I am not eligible for PUA?

No, you can receive SS and still get PUA unemployment. BUT you have to certify that you received income — that commission check — last week. Then next time try certifying “no income.” But they are so messed up they might ask you to open a NEW claim!
