PUA unemployment

By Terry Savage on March 29, 2021 | Wild Card

For the last 3 weeks I have been unable to certify online for my weekly IDES PUA benefits. They say my social security number and password can not be verified. I have never had a problem before this.
I am not permitted to move beyond the log on to answer the weekly questions to certify. I am frozen
out.
I have been certifying for a year but do recall I had a balance on my account. Also thought the new
Biden plan granted extensions to PUA participants until Sept, 2021.
I want to get into my certification home page to see if there are any explanations as to where my
personal situation stands with IDES. Being locked out prevents me from seeing this information if there is any.
I have not gotten any information through the US mail either!
No payments to direct deposit since March 3,2021.
I have called various numbers to have my name be put in cque, but no call backs.
I am just plain stuck with no help and don’t know what to do next!!!
I would appreciate any suggestions you could give me as how to get the ball rolling to get some answers.
Thank you for your time!

IDES decided that it didn’t have to pay PUA because the state unemployment rate had dropped!
They didn’t explain to individuals –just posted a statement.
I’m guessing this is why you haven’t received benefits or been allowed to check in.
Just one more example of how hateful they are at IDES.
