We sign a contract to purchase a small home in Naples and plan to use it for investment in Airbnb.
We can still back out. Should we or shouldn’t we follow through with this?

I think the era of AirBNB was waning even before this virus. Too many people taking advantage of owners, too many neighborhoods complaining. If you want the home for your own use, go right ahead. But as for short term rental, let me ask you one thing: who is going to sanitize after each visit?
