Real Estate Trust
Good Morning Terry,
My father in law passed away 5 years ago and his house is in a Trust with his only 2 sons name on it and I’m the executor. My question is how do I remove my husband’s and my name from the Real Estate Trust and have the house solely in his brothers name?

You need an estate planning attorney to sort this out. There are also tax implications. Who set up this trust? Are the sons the joint beneficiaries? Does the trust document give the executor (you) the authority to distribute the assets?
Take the documents to an estate planning attorney — preferably the one who set this up if he/she can be found.
