Reembursment
If I owe irs 2000 dollars will they take it out of the 10,200 of my taxes that I filed that was tax free and do u see any dates were they are releasing them payments back to people

If you owe the IRS money, you should include a check when you file your 2020 return. If you filed without making payment send them a check and note your SS number and the amount owed on your return, and date filed. They are reviewing repayments of taxes on the first $10,200 of unemployment benefits separately, and will send you a refund check if you are eligible. But this is an entirely separate process and could take several more months.
