Refinance of jumbo mortgage but self employed.
We own a sub s corporation and are trying to refinance a jumbo mortgage on our home. Our company received a PPP loan on the first go around that we are waiting for the SBA to settle. Our P and L is in a negative and the bank says that Fannie May and Freddie Mac require a positive P and L before they can refinance the mortgage. Is this correct?
