Refinance –with three years til I sell?
Hi Terry,
I am turning 64 this year and will likely sell my condo in the next three years and retire elsewhere.
Does it make sense to refinance knowing I will be selling soon? My current rate is 4.50%. Have been in my condo since 2009 with a balance of $187,197.12.

Mortgage rates have moved up in recent weeks, and with such a short time horizon, I really dont think it makes sense to refinance in your situation.
