Retirement allocation.
My wife and I have apporx.$500.000 in an account with Modera Financial. Our allocation is 65%equities 35% fixed(money market ,bond funds). I am 84 in relatively poor health, my wife of 42 years, is 69 and in good health.
My beef is, to change the allocation further towards fixed. My wife feels the opposite ?
Our investment adviser ,is very much in favor of staying the course ??
Your input would be very much appreciated .
Thank you ,

OK, this is not a marital dispute — it is an essential discussion before your financial future is destroyed. If you don’t plan now, while you are capable to do so, it could spell ruin for her over the rest of her life, which is likely longer than yours!
You need to have a discussion with a FEE-ONLY, FIDUCIARY advisor — someone who is not trying to sell you something. That discussion revolves around your current and future income, your investment risk tolerance, your estate plan (do you have a will or Revocable Living Trust), healthcare powers of attorney, and much more.
The ONLY way I can be sure you will be in the hands of a trusted FIDUCIARY advisor is to go through the Wealthramp program. REad this — and write back if you still have questions, or let me know about your experience. But don’t delay!
