Retired but received unemployment notice
Hello Terry
I received in the mail an UI Finding letter with my name, incorrect address number, & correct street and town. It’s for an unemployment pending debit card. First certificate date is : 01/06/2021 It says the card will be issued within 7 days & must be activated by calling 866-295-2955. I did not apply for unemployment since retiring 12 years ago. What should I do? Someone is using my name to collect money from the state and it’s not me. Please help.

DO NOT CALL TO ACTIVATE THAT CARD! You are now officially a victim of Identity Theft. Do everything on the list in the column on Identity Theft posted on the home page of my website or click here.
