Retitling a home in to a revocable living trust.
Terry, How do I go about retitling our home, jointly owned by my wife and myself, into a revocable living trust that we recently completed?

Your lawyer should handle that for you, for a very small fee. There is no tax consequence. He needs to contact the title company and have the RLT added to the title. They will require a certified copy of the initial pages of the trust — not all the details.
