Retrieving savings bonds
I go on the website they said to fill out paperwork but the ask questions as of how long ago where they issued and all I can do is years not specific dates how do I retrieve The bonds that were issued?

Are they digital bonds?
Are the bonds issued in YOUR name? Did you inherit them?
