Retroactivation of Medicare over my Marketplace.
What do I have to do to remove the 3 ,119.00 of subsidized charges I will incur because Medicaid was 3 months late in activating my Medicare and retroactivated my Medicare over my Marketplace Insurance. I never had the chance to cancel my Marketplace. So I will be penalized approx. 3,200.00.

OMG, this is out of my territory. Did you appeal to Medicare? I’m sorry but I have no connections here to help you. The other thing is to write to your Federal representative — but you’ll have to explain the situation more fully.
