Revocable Living Trusts
I went to a free seminar on living trusts at our local park district.
The presenters were selling the idea of Nevada as the place to establish your trust. On WGN, you said do it in your own state.

You must be confused. A Revocable Living Trust is an estate plan and it must be written by an estate planning attorney in your state of residence.

The con artists selling Nevada Trusts (allegedly to protect your assets) are selling a bunch of junk! I’m surprised that your local park district allowed them to do this!!
