RMD in 2020
I heard that we can reduce the amount taken from our IRAs to help offset declines. What is the percentage the government is setting that must be made to meet RMD requirement?

In 2020, you are not required to take ANY distribution from your IRA (which would have been based on your 2019 year-end balance).
So what you heard is all wrong!
