RMDs

I’m a US Postal Inspector, who retired at the mandatory age of 57. I haven’t touched my TSP funds since leaving and my investment has grown significantly. I’ll be turning 73 in three and half more years and I don’t have a Roth account to convert funds to. Do you have any other tax strategies to avoid being bombed by the IRS? I guess I should be grateful I have this nest egg, but it’s going to show a much bigger income than I currently have.

I’m just about to post a column on Roth conversions. And it will give you a link to a program that will help you decide if this makes sense for you! Please come back to my website, next week!
