Rmds — lower taxes?
Is there a way to lower the rmds I will have to take in three years

Well, you could lose money in your investments, and that would lower the RMDs!
Other than that, hope for gains, take your calculated RMDs, and be thankful you have the money!
And, by the way, you don’t have to spend your RMD –you can save or invest it outside your retirement plan.
