RMW
I missed my RMW for one of my accounts through no fault of my own. My former employer switched providers from Asensus to Voya. Asensus usually sent my RMW in Dec. of each year. I tried many times to get this corrected by my former employer. I had filled out a request on12/22/23. Voya finally sent the RMW but it is dated this year. Help!!

Don’t worry about it — unless you get a letter from the IRS. They are likely way too busy to check into these details. And you have a perfect excuse if they ask.
