The “rental assistance” program opened today — where you can sign up for $5,000 grants if you qualify based on reduced income because of Covid, and fall within income limits.
The RENTAL assistance program can be reached at www.era.IHDA.org.
The MORTGAGE Assistance program opens August 24th. It offers up to $15,000 in payments to your mortgage lender fpr those who qualify. This site will be up at 9 am on August 24 at www.ema.IHDA.org
