Roth IRA

By Terry Savage on October 26, 2026 | Investments

I’m over 75 y.o. I was told that my Roth IRA contribution increase to $ 8600.00 this year. I’m still working and anticipate earning $ 21000.00 this year and $ 21000 for 2027.

Is the $ 8600.00 limit correct?

Thanks

Good for you for continuing to contribute to an IRA even though you don’t get a deduction. For 2026, if you are 50 or older, you can contribute $8600. That limit will probably remain the same for 2027.
