I have 4 Roth IRA’s set up in my name, each with one of my children as the primary beneficiary in the event of my death.
Would it make a difference if I merged these 4 into 1 single Roth IRA naming each of the 4 children as 25% Beneficiary?

No difference at all. And this will be the perfect time to adjust — if necessary — your asset allocation to stocks, some bonds, and cash equivalents.
