Are the U.S. small business administration loans that were given out during COVID-19, also known as the economic injury disaster loan, are they forgivable and/or if they are charged off, do you have to pay them?

There were a number of different loan programs during Covid. Are you talking about PPP loans? If you have a loan, I suggest you talk your lender.
