Safety Deposit Box

I have a saftey deposit box at my bank.
If my bank fails, would I still have access to my safety deposit box?

In every bank failure in the past, the bank building reopened the next day for business (either as a new Federal bank or a branch of an existing successful bank). And access was fully granted to safe deposit box holders.
