My salary was reduced by 15%; am I eligible for any benefits provided under the CAREACT?

You’ll get the stimulus payment, presuming you were qualified by income in 2019, or 2019 if you haven’t filed for 2019 yet. But this won’t get you unemployment. And hopefully you still have your health benefits from your work. In that case, you’re better off than 26 million Americans!
