Terry, how can I cash 3 savings bonds that are in my deceased husbands name and not my name?

Here are the instructions: Cash EE or I savings bonds — TreasuryDirect
You’ll need a copy of the death certificate, and the pages of the estate plan that list you as executor or successor trustee. Be sure to send hte bonds (assuming they are paper) by registered mail! It can take a few months.
