Senior tax filing income limit

What is the income amt when social security/ pension seniors have to file taxes ??
I thought it was in the 20,’s.

Terry Says

On a single return seniors don’t have to file unless their income is over $14,050 in 2020, $27,400 on a joint return. But you CAN file with less income, especially if you want to claim a stimulus that you did not receive. Read this article.
