Series I bonds
I bought Series I treasury bonds in early 2021, 2022, and 2023. What should I do with them now? Leave them as is or cash them out and move money to T-Bills or CDs? I don’t need the money right now, but want to maximize earnings.

It’s not worth the penalties since you haven’t held them for 5 years. Just let them accrue interest by hanging on tothem.
